Experience: 2-3 Years

Job Description

  1. Will be responsible for managing/updating the resource database and other Google Sheets.
  2. Create and design attractive posting banners with appropriate messages relevant to social media.
  3. Postings on all available portals and social media.
  4. Sourcing potential candidates from various online portals (ex. Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn and more).
  5. Thoroughly understand the recruitment requirement and screen incoming resumes and applications.
  6. Call shortlisted candidates for detailed profile screening as per requirement.
  7. Create clear and understandable job descriptions for the open positions.
  8. Will be responsible for internal as well external communication through call, emails and messages.
  9. Will have to maintain end to end communication channel with all involved parties.
  10. Will be responsible for joining formalities.
  11. Will be a helping hand to the senior HR.
  12. Should contribute to the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
